ATSG Corporation is seeking a highly skilled Collaborative Community Security Development Advisor Assistant to join our team in San Jose, Costa Rica. The successful candidate will work closely with our partners to enhance our partnership with the U.S. Department of State (DOS) Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs' (INL) on the Central America Regional Security Initiative (CARSI) - Costa Rica task order.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the project team, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of security protocols and procedures to ensure the safety and security of personnel and assets.
  • Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies and other stakeholders to enhance security cooperation and information sharing.
  • Support the planning and execution of security-related events and activities, including training exercises and workshops.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify best practices and emerging trends in security and law enforcement.
Requirements
  • U.S. citizen, TCN, or LN.
  • MRPT certification or RSO Clearance for foreign nationals.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • FSI Level 3/3, English.
  • FSI Level 4/4, Spanish.
  • At least five (5) years of administrative experience in a professional setting.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and Spanish. Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite to include Word, Excel, and Power Point, and the ability to learn new software, as required.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Previous government, law enforcement or project management experience preferred.
