We are seeking a seasoned Sales Operations professional to join our Commercial team. As a Sales Operations Strategist, you will be responsible for providing critical support to the Sales function, ensuring seamless processes and high-quality customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business outcomes and drive revenue growth
- Manage region-specific activities, overseeing key performance indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas for improvement
- Develop and implement process enhancements to improve efficiency, productivity, and customer satisfaction
- Provide guidance and coaching to associates, promoting skill development and career advancement
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, driving collaboration and open communication
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or Economics
- 5+ years of experience in financial services, with increasing scope and responsibility
- Proven track record of employee performance management and process improvement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
