Located at the intersection of manufacturing, design, and quality, the Manufacturing Product Engineering (MPE) team at Intel drives innovation and excellence.

The MPE team's primary objective is to ensure that all products meet Intel's quality standards, meeting customer expectations.

The Costa Rica Validation Lab Engineering (CRVLE) group plays a vital role in supporting several engineering teams in Costa Rica by leveraging collaboration and working as One Intel.

As a Planning Technician within CRVLE, you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting scheduling activities and creating plans on a shift-by-shift basis to monitor performance and compliance.
  • Executing tactical tasks in support of organizational objectives, often working in an environment with high ambiguity.
  • Collaborating with the Planning Engineering Team to ensure timely and effective Power Ons, Scheduling, and Plan Control activities.
  • Providing support for process cycle time validations, planning BTS data gathering, running queries, and generating information for planning processes.
  • Supporting IC Room Tier2 activities.
  • Assisting with routines related to Utilization and Availability Deliverables.

To be considered for this position, candidates should possess:

  • A minimum qualification of a High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Mid-level MS Office knowledge, particularly in Excel.
  • At least 1 year of experience, preferably in manufacturing and planning operations.
  • Intermediate English level.
  • Willingness to work during weekends and nights.

Candidates with technical degrees or diplomas in related fields are preferred. Additionally, advanced MS Office skills, such as macros, algorithms, and mathematical functions, pivot tables programming, and Power BI expertise are desirable.

This role requires an on-site presence.
