Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced accounting professional to join our team. In this role, you will provide high-quality accountancy expertise to various client businesses within our Global Business Services organization.
About the Role
You will perform a variety of medium to complex duties in fixed assets, including analyzing accounts, booking necessary journal entries, internal reporting, performing the monthly financial close, monitoring SOX/internal control requirements, and support audits.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Perform fixed asset processes and act as liaison with several supported sites.
- Compile and analyze Fixed Asset information through preparation of reports and general ledger journal entries.
- Assure financial accuracy for all supported sites and support all legal entity closings on a monthly basis.
- Take an active interest in seeking opportunities for continuous improvement, standardizing processes across multiple legal entities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or Industrial Engineering.
- 1-2 years of relevant experience.
- English level: 70% or above.
- Fixed Asset experience is a plus.
- SAP experience is a plus.
- Open to working across global time zones.
- Strong communication skills.
- Detail oriented.
