**Job Summary**
Kyndryl is seeking a highly skilled Windows Server Administrator specialist to join our team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will design, install, administer, and optimize overall control of servers.
You will provide technical support to ensure high Customer Happiness through Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Process Compliance. Additionally, you will perform business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outages or disasters.
**Responsibilities**
We are looking for an individual with minimum 3+ years of experience in Windows Infrastructure. Your responsibilities will include:
- Designing, installing, administering, and optimizing overall control of servers.
- Providing technical support to ensure high Customer Happiness through Service Level Agreement (SLA) and Process Compliance.
- Performing business impact analysis and risk assessments to reduce the likelihood of significant service outages or disasters.
**Requirements**
We require:
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Windows Infrastructure.
- Proficiency on VTAM, TCP/IP, APPN along with process documentation.
- Ability to provide technical direction and coordination to resolver groups involved while participating in the Change Control Board and Change Control Process.
- Experience on SCCM/System Center Configuration Manager along with integration experience with AD/Active Directory and Virtualization: VMware, Hyper-V.

- Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management skills.
- Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
