- Manage our global Talent Acquisition systems.
- Experience of managing and deploying of SaaS HR systems across globally across matrixed organizations.
- Consult and influence global and regional stakeholders to drive innovation in our systems aligned to business strategic directions.
- Support the implementation of change across our people landscape.
**Requirements:**
- Strong knowledge of HR Technology systems and HR processes and payroll systems from a functional HR perspective.
- Experience governing HR data and working with stakeholders to determine appropriate access to PII.
- Strong PC skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and interpersonal skills, able to build effective relationships and working collaboratively with our global process owners and business stakeholders.
- Use initiative and take ownership of day-to-day activities, seeing these through to completion with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
