Main Responsibilities:- Manage and analyze data from Retail Link, D&N, Scanning, Tableau, Nielsen, BI, and SAP to support business growth and category performance.
- Build and maintain business performance reporting, ensuring timely and consistent updates of crucial reports.
- Collaborate in the implementation of data visualization and analytics to support strategic decision-making and growth initiatives.
- Lead and support ad-hoc projects for business analysis and reporting.
- Analyze exhibition coverage and ensure compliance with negotiated terms based on in-store tracking.
- Provide support and plans to accelerate sell-out of various categories.
- Support administrative tasks related to WM Connect, ensuring good relationships among Walmart Connect, local teams, Finance, IBE, and Marketing.
- Support analysis for internal presentations, including WM update meetings, commercial meetings, Mid-Year Reviews, and Budget reviews.
Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields.
- At least +2 years of experience in customer management or data processing, with knowledge of reporting tools, visualization techniques, and visualization tools like Tableau, DOMO, Power BI.
- Proficiency in Office packages and Google Suite.
- Analytical skills and knowledge of Marketing, general logistics, demand planning, and commercial areas.
- Management of external suppliers or clients.
- Intermediate English Level.
