Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team. The successful candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with a proven track record of driving success in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the kitchen team to deliver exceptional food quality and presentation
  • Develop and maintain relationships with local suppliers and farmers to source the finest ingredients
  • Stay up-to-date with current food trends, kitchen safety protocols, and sustainability practices
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative dishes and presentations
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in full-service upscale and casual dining kitchens
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
  • Strong knowledge of food allergies, diet trends, and ingredient sourcing
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with kitchen safety protocols and sustainability practices
