Atl Technology Costa Rica is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer Specialist to join our team. This role involves identifying and addressing product deficiencies throughout the system's life cycle.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate resources between departments to achieve project goals.
- Organize and plan activities, monitor progress, and control schedules for sustaining projects.
- Develop and implement change orders and implementations.
- Produce and review product documentation, including proposals, test protocols, and technical reports.
- Manage and maintain ROI/cost improvement projects.
- Support supplier qualification activities.
- Provide hands-on support on production lines and equipment.
Requirements
This role requires a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and experience with process control techniques, such as Statistical Process Control (SPC), Design of Experiments (DOE), and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA).
Preferred Skills:
- Detailed understanding of engineering drawings and specifications.
- Knowledge of computer-assisted drafting CAD software.
- Mathematical skills for developing detailed specifications.
