We are seeking an experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Riverpoint Medical LLC. As a key member of our supply chain team, you will be responsible for procuring high-quality raw materials and services to support our manufacturing operations in Costa Rica.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in purchasing and materials management, with experience working with ERP/MRP systems. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective procurement strategies, negotiating with suppliers, and driving cost-saving initiatives.
You will work closely with our cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize procurement needs, manage supplier relationships, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. A bachelor's degree in Logistics or a related field is required, along with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role.
The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and make informed decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also essential, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
