**Job Description**
The International Business Associate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Finance Business Relationship team.
This includes tracking the performance of GBS support to end markets through qualitative and quantitative methodologies, maintaining and growing the relation with the client, ensuring a permanent service for clients, and representing GBS in front of end markets on improvement initiatives.
You will also be responsible for supporting operational departments in tracking improvement areas to ensure high-level accountancy processing services to clients, managing company business risk, and key compliance areas across GBS.
This position requires strong interpersonal skills, flexibility, and ability to communicate with personnel at all levels in all departments and companies, both inside and outside the group.
**Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the Finance Business Relationship team.
- Track the performance of GBS support to end markets through qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Maintain and grow the relation with the client, ensuring a permanent service for clients.
- Represent GBS in front of end markets on improvement initiatives.
- Support operational departments in tracking improvement areas to ensure high-level accountancy processing services to clients.
- Manage company business risk and key compliance areas across GBS.
**Requirements**
- University degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of related experience to the role.
- Proficient English level, verbal, and writing.
- Intermediate - Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (Excel & Outlook).
- Clear understanding and experience working with the GBS Finance areas (P2R, General Ledger, O2C, P&R, Master Data).
- Relevant experience with team management & development.
- Effective communication skills to work collaboratively with partners and team members.
- Excellent presentation skills, proven oral and written communication skills.
