About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Finance Manager in the Experian IT Services (EITS) Costing and Allocations FP&A Manager role. This position will be responsible for leading the costing and allocation production process for EITS. The successful candidate will ensure that technology services are costed accurately and billed to internal service consumers, while providing high-quality management information and analytics to support the function.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead EITS service costing and charging processes, ensuring compliance with industry best practices.
- Develop and maintain the EITS service catalogue, aligning it with industry standards.
- Oversee EITS service billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely charges to internal partners.
- Provide actionable insights through high-quality management information and analytics to support technology cost recovery.
- Drive strategic and annual financial planning processes for EITS/EGSO services, ensuring robust multi-view of services and re-charge budgets.
- Support the design and implementation of Technology Business Management (TBM) strategy for Experian, driving best-in-class approach to technology spend management.
- Collaborate with internal partners to optimize technology costs and identify opportunities for improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
- Minimum 8 years of experience in financial services or related industry in a technology finance role.
- Proficiency in Hyperion Essbase; superior Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Experience with Alteryx is an asset.
- Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to work with complex financial datasets.
- Prior experience in forecast and budget processes relating to IT volume demand.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize competing deliverables.
- Project Management skills and a continuous improvement approach.
