">We're seeking an Industrial Process Improvement Specialist to join our team As an integral member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing, designing, and implementing manufacturing and business process improvements that increase capacity, reduce lead-time, eliminate non-valued added processes, reduce work-in-process, and improve fill rates.
">Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze existing processes to identify opportunities for improvement and develop strategies to address them">
- Create and implement process improvements, including lean manufacturing techniques, to enhance efficiency and productivity">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve supply chain issues">
- Develop and maintain effective metrics to measure process performance and ensure unbridled supply">
- Maintain a deep understanding of corporate Lean tools and metrics, deploying and supporting their use throughout the organization">
- Foster an Operational Excellence culture, promoting continuous improvement and innovation across the company">
Requirements
">To succeed in this role, you'll need:
">- ">
- A degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field">
- English language proficiency at B2+ level (80-89%)">
- Desirable skills: Project Management, Simulation and Modeling, Lean Tools, IE systems and software, Facility layout and design with AutoCAD, strong Excel knowledge">
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar position">
- Prior experience with product transfer projects is a plus">
