About the Role

We're seeking an inspirational and entrepreneurial leader to join our rapidly growing IBM TLS team in Costa Rica's Client Innovation Center. This is a new team with diverse technical support and client care missions, supporting our IBM clients worldwide, with North America as the primary client base. Fluency in English and Spanish is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Build a strong community and culture based on skills, collaboration, and excellence in execution
• Work with local and global teams to ensure the team meets financial and business objectives, and ensure consistency in hiring, rewards, and business practices across missions
• Plan and execute on recruitment, space planning, and IT enablement for CIC missions
• Advocate and evangelize for the CIC within IBM and the extended technical community in Costa Rica to attract new missions and top talent
• Support achievement of operational metrics, working with local managers and global leaders
• Support the skills growth of the team, including technical training and leadership training and coaching

Required Skills

Extensive previous management experience, including managing transformational projects and upline experience. A background in a technical discipline, such as IT, is an advantage.
