About the Role
As a Digital Transformation Specialist at Microsoft, you will play a key role in driving global quarter close readiness, transacting compliantly, and reporting. You will use data and business insights to deliver critical transaction forecasts for capacity planning and inform the business on emerging trends.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and foster key internal relationships with Sales, Finance, Procurement, Professional Services, Contracts, Product Management, and Business Operations personnel.
- Use data to glean insights to detect and mitigate business risk.
- Support critical prioritizations and escalations to resolution across multiple stakeholder groups.
- Provide key insights from a Business Operations perspective into listening systems for future enhancements of policy and capabilities to enable a more streamlined transaction engine.
- Drive transformational change as we move to a more digitized business.
Qualifications
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance, or a related field and 2+ years' work experience in program management, process management, or process improvement. Alternatively, equivalent experience is also considered. Business level fluency in English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrated work experience in an operations environment.
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders and driving process improvements in highly complex and rapidly changing environments.
- Solid business knowledge and ability to set clear expectations around business outcomes within a global multi-site organization.
- Data analytics and forecasting skills.
- Proven experience of influencing across groups, managing individuals both directly and indirectly to achieve a common goal.
