**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Process Improvement Lead to join our Finance team. This role will be responsible for analyzing, documenting and improving financial reports and processes related to local regulatory reporting.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of related experience and be proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel, Access and Knime.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Creating improvement of local regulatory reports for local countries across LATAM region (local regulators, BCR, SBS, Central Bank, etc.) based on local requirements such as local GAAP, local Regulatory
  • Supporting of LRR transformation for Latin America countries, driving efficiencies and the adoption of best practices for standardization of local regulatory reporting
  • Analyzing complex finance processes to suggest and implement reengineering
  • Interpreting and adopting global guidelines to country context, generating meaningful and cost effective solutions for the country.

This role requires excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work independently with a limited level of direct supervision.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to work with senior leadership on strategic planning, establishing guidelines, implementing controls, and executing strategic plans.
