This role will be responsible for overseeing compliance monitoring, quality assurance, and data protection activities. As part of our Service Operations (Delivery) team, you will work closely with the services operations capability leads to ensure defined processes and tools are used to provide impeccable service to the organization.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee compliance monitoring, quality assurance, and data protection activities
* Ensure effective use of enabling technology, including case management tools
* Plan and implement daily activities, monitor and adjust key performance indicators and service level agreements to drive continuous improvement
* Monitor, analyze, and improve team performance to improve customer satisfaction
Requirements
* Experience as HR Generalist/HR Manager or Employee Relations (3 years) is a must
* Management experience is a plus
* Familiarity with Employment Law is nice to have
* Experience handling large volumes of employee relations matters is nice to have
* High communication level in English is a must, Spanish is a plus, French and/or Portuguese is nice to have
