As a Client Support Specialist at Digital Risk, LLC., you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional client experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting clients with complaints and questions regarding our products and services.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide accurate information to clients regarding company offerings.
  • Resolve client issues promptly and efficiently.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to de-escalate tense situations.

**Requirements:**

  • Fluent English language proficiency (B2 or above).
  • Basic understanding of MS Office applications.
  • Good to have:
    • Previous customer service experience.
    • Financial background.
    • Experience working towards goals and objectives.
    • Sales experience.
    • Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
    • SAP knowledge.
