**Role Summary**: We are seeking a Java developer to provide Tier 2 level support to our customers. As a key member of our Engineering team, you will represent the development-level expertise of the AIQ platform.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Gain a deep understanding of the AIQ platform's capabilities and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the Services team and QA Automation Engineers to identify and address customer-specific challenges.
- Apply technical expertise to automate tasks using Java, Web Services, and DevOps tools.

**Requirements and Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of experience in Java development.
- Detailed knowledge of Web- and/or Mobile-based app development, testing, and deployment.
- Proficiency in multiple operating systems, terminal/command line, pipelines, version control, and build management.
- Strong English communication skills and customer-facing experience.
- Proven problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
- Automated Testing experience and knowledge of Testing Methodologies, SDLC, Agile, DevOps.
- Hands-on experience with various technologies including Java, Appium, Selenium, Web Services, Postman, Python, SQL, NoSQL, Bash, Ant, Maven, Git, AWS, Azure, Jenkins, Junit.
