Key Responsibilities

The Citi Global Sourcing Analyst 2 will be responsible for:

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Managing a large workload of projects/contracts, working closely with Business Stakeholders, internal colleagues, and external Suppliers to create or renew agreements.
  2. Reviewing, understanding, and negotiating key contractual points such as termination for convenience rights, fees, payment terms, Supplier billing terms, legal entity names, and addresses.
  3. Demonstrating knowledge of Third-Party Management and Compliance procedures, utilizing TP-RAP and Due Diligence Tools, as well as GEP, CASP, and P2P systems.

Additional Responsibilities:

  1. Participating in the Sourcing process for various products and services, collaborating with cross-functional teams to execute sourcing strategies, supplier management strategies, and contract negotiations.
  2. Assisting in implementing 'Value Add' initiatives, such as savings opportunities and process improvements, through creating and supporting Request for Proposals (RFP's), Requests for Information (RFI's), and Requests for Quotes (RFQ's).
  3. Coordinating bid package preparation and analysis, as well as eAuction events, working closely with varied units including expense managers, reengineering teams/vendor managers, expense policy compliance, and reporting.

Qualifications:

  1. 0-2 years of relevant experience in supply chain management, procurement management, and strategic sourcing.
  2. Experience working with large amounts of data for reporting purposes.
  3. Working knowledge of industry practice and standards.
