This role will lead quality operations for Sleep & Respiratory Care products, ensuring compliance with Philips requirements, regulations, and standards.
Main Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of engineers responsible for quality operations of SRC products.
- Ensure products meet Philips requirements, regulations, and standards.
- Oversee quality operations for SRC's molding and assembly areas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with the Intercompany Quality Agreement.
- Maintain accurate records and reports on quality performance.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve quality operations.
Key Qualifications:
- Advanced English language proficiency.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or Science.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in FDA regulatory industry (Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical, or combination thereof).
- CQE, CBA, or CQA certification is desirable.
