Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Systems Analyst to join our team at Viant Medical. In this role, you will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and support of our HR Information System (HRIS) technology.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HRIS systems, including experience with Ceridian Dayforce, and excellent technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and database management.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain and support our HRIS system, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
- Assist in the review and testing of HRIS system upgrades and patches
- Develop and maintain reports and analytics to support business decisions
- Provide training and support to end-users on HRIS technology
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new HR processes and systems
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of experience in HR systems, preferably with Ceridian Dayforce
- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in SQL and database management
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or related field
