- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, sales development, impact partners, engineering, and operations
- Complete complex Bills of Materials and lead engagement with iCenter to quote standard and configure-to-order cabinets
- Mentor junior Proposal Leads and demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills
- BS in Engineering or related field, with 3-6 years of experience
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- English language proficiency at B2 level
- Effective written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
- Strong people management and team leadership skills
- Ability to coordinate multiple proposal efforts simultaneously
- Knowledge of field instrumentation, metering, control, and automated valves, and bus technologies
