Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement systematic processes to detect and prevent potential control issues.
  • Collaborate with internal groups to perform audits of our customers and evaluate compliance to selling and special programs' terms and conditions.
  • Provide financial planning and analysis for specific business units, including quarterly spending forecasts and closing the books.

This position will have 4-8 senior analysts as direct reports located across the United States and Costa Rica. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering innovation, creating big-picture context, and motivating others to deliver high-impact results.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or related field with 8+ years of related practical experience.
  • Or Master's degree in Finance or related field with 6+ years of related practical experience.
  • 2+ years of managing a team experience.
  • Advanced English level.
  • Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel, Macros, and Queries.
