\This role supports manufacturing or new product development teams by ensuring delivery of highest quality products or new products to customers.
\You will provide process/quality engineering support, helping to identify and resolve manufacturing process defects.
\Your responsibilities include identifying root causes, understanding corrective and preventative actions, and working with process owners to bound product stops and document release criteria.
\You will also review product specifications, quality specifications, and work with quality systems to understand product quality plans and documents.
\Key Responsibilities
\Identify Manufacturing process defects by dispositioning non-conforming material, assisting in identification of primary root causes and understanding corrective and preventative actions.
\Review product specifications, quality specifications, and work with quality systems to understand product quality plans and documents.
\May be responsible for working with process owner to bound product stops and document release criteria.
\Check and provide support in the execution and investigation of CAPAs, NCEP, Failure Mode Investigations, etc.
\Evaluate new equipment and processes and participate in the transfer of new products.
\Required Skills and Qualifications
\Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Industrial, Electronic, Biotechnology, Electromechanical Engineering, or a related field.
\Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
\English Level: 70-79%.
\Desirable qualifications include ASQ certification, problem-solving skills, knowledge of QSRs, and formal training on statistical and quality techniques.
