">We are seeking a skilled Data Associate to join our team and contribute to the development of our large language models. In this role, you will work with various types of data, including text, speech, image, audio, and video, and be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and following company policies.
">Key Responsibilities
">- Maintain confidentiality and follow all applicable Amazon policies for securing confidential information.
- Deliver high-quality data using guidelines provided to meet our KPIs, and using in-house tools and software.
- Show ownership and initiative when providing feedback for improvements to existing tooling that can increase the amount and quality of the data we process.
- Work on testing for workflow or feature launches if required.
About You
">To excel in this role, you will need:
">- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience.
- Experience working with speech or language data, including experience with annotation and other forms of data markup.
- Typing speed at 50 WPM or above.
- An eye for detail and ability to pivot from one category of requirement to another instantaneously.
- Research skills to navigate and synthesize multiple resources; understanding of basic academic integrity.
