The Senior Audit Manager role is a senior-level management position within Internal Audit, responsible for overseeing complex audit activities. The primary objective of this position is to direct the execution of a robust Audit Plan and assist with its oversight.
Key Responsibilities- Assist with project management, business management, and day-to-day functioning of a team of Internal Audit professionals.
- Participate in major business initiatives and proactively advise and assist the business on change initiatives.
- Analyze report findings and recommend interventions where needed, proposing creative and pragmatic solutions to risk and control issues.
This role requires 7-10+ years of meaningful experience in a related field or equivalent understanding and passion. Relevant certifications (CPA, ACA, CFA, CIA, CISA) are preferred. Understanding of financial instruments and banking products, as well as risk management, is also desired.
