Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Intake and Prioritization Process Lead to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our business by streamlining processes, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality results.
Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement: Proactively analyze and test our current intake and prioritization processes for gaps, issues, and opportunities for improvement. Identify areas for enhancement and implement changes to optimize workflow and efficiency.
- Stakeholder Management: Meet with stakeholders to provide timely program status updates, overall completion of program goals, and mitigation plans for any identified issues and risks. Ensure clear and effective communication across all levels of management.
- Training and Development: Partner with the Intake and Prioritization team to determine, schedule, and support training sessions. Create and maintain a library of supporting training materials as necessary.
- Prioritization Framework: Collaborate with I&P leads to manage the framework and process of escalating prioritization scenarios requiring senior leadership decisions. Develop summary templates, coach presenting information, support scoring model data, and key data to inform prioritization decisions.
Requirements:
- Program Management Experience: Excellent knowledge of program management principles, with a proven track record of planning, creating, and deploying successful operations processes.
- Change Management: Adept at understanding, managing, and interpreting assorted data sets. Ability to translate high-level business needs and objectives into streamlined processes.
- Leadership and Organization: Outstanding leadership and organizational skills, with exceptional verbal and written communication skills to initiate, lead, manage, and conduct project activities.
- Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of MS Office, with working knowledge of program/project management software (Smartsheet, Tableau, etc.) a strong advantage.
