Cashier Executive

As a key member of our global team in San Jose, Costa Rica, you will be responsible for providing high-level service to internal and external customers as a Cashier Executive. This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a leading Tours & Activities business with operations in 50+ countries.

Estimated Salary Range: $40,000 - $60,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications

We are seeking a methodical and organized individual with previous experience in administration, supplier, and customer management to support our financial operations. As a Cashier Executive, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of daily financial tasks, including receiving settlements, reviewing bank charges, creating bank deposits through vouchers, and processing credit card returns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Receive and process cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently
• Review and reconcile bank statements to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Create and manage bank deposits through vouchers
• Process credit card returns and refunds
• Support representatives with device failures or office assistance
• Daily closing of sales made through mipos
• Control of sales bonds and create reports

Requirements:

• Methodical and organized approach to task execution
• Previous experience in administration, supplier, and customer management
• Strong numeric skills and financial acumen
• Ability to use MS Office tools like Excel, Teams, and Outlook
