Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Intelligence Analyst II CR to join our team at TD SYNNEX. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day reporting and business intelligence support to specific functional areas or departments. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex data insights to senior peers and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with the business to develop and execute data-driven solutions that drive operational business performance.
- Review and analyze data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
- Maintain and enhance dashboards, reports, and system applications to support management and stakeholders.
- Support senior team members and leaders with data-driven insights and proactive analysis to inform business decisions.
- Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
- Bachelor's Degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
