About the Role
As a key member of our Amazon Screening Services team in Costa Rica, you will be responsible for leading our global pre-employment screening operations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring seamless onboarding experiences for new Amazonians while exceeding productivity and quality goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Presents operational metrics to senior leadership teams, identifying areas for process improvement.
- Leads training initiatives to enhance quality and productivity, creating data-driven business cases and managing enhancements.
- Drives solutions to escalations, providing root cause analysis and recommendations.
- Maintains service levels, ensures equitable workloads, and supervises team workflow.
- Recruits, develops, and motivates talent, achieving performance goals and objectives in line with network-wide vision and goals.
- Manages key stakeholders, advocating for HR Services and expertise in pre-employment screening knowledge.
Requirements:
- Well-rounded experience in continuous improvement, influencing decisions, and driving projects across multiple teams.
- Operational experience managing shared services functions, including capacity planning.
- Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SQL, with ability to translate large amounts of data into actionable insights.
- Ability to handle changing priorities, use good judgment in stressful situations, and demonstrate strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
