Citi seeks an experienced Senior FP&A Eot Manager to join our team in Costa Rica. As a key member of our FP&A team, you will provide strategic insights to senior management, driving business decisions through data-driven analysis.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in finance, economics, or accounting, with a minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in planning and analysis. A postgraduate degree is desired, but not required. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and VBA is essential, while knowledge of Power BI and Tableau is a plus.
You will lead and support improvement programs from different perspectives, collaborating with Risk & Control to ensure compliance with local and global policies, mitigating risks associated with our business nature.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience, including 4+ years in planning and analysis
- Postgraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field desired
- Excellent analytical skills, intellectual curiosity, and ability to work independently
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and strong desire for continuous learning
