Experience Mixologist

We are looking for a skilled Mixologist to join our team at the AC Hotel San Jose Airport.

About the Role:

As a Mixologist, you will be responsible for creating unique and memorable experiences for our guests through expertly crafted cocktails.

Key Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve innovative cocktails that meet or exceed customer expectations
• Develop and maintain relationships with regular guests and create personalized drink experiences
• Stay up-to-date on the latest trends in mixology and incorporate new techniques into your craft
• Work collaboratively with the bar team to ensure seamless service and high-quality drinks

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a bartender or mixologist in a high-volume establishment
• Strong knowledge of spirits, beers, and wines, including their flavor profiles and pairing options
• Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
