We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Business Automation Transformation Lead to join our team in Costa Rica. This individual will be responsible for partnering with business representatives to assess processes and identify opportunities for automation, analytics, and AI.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop business cases based on cost, impact, and schedule
  • Finalize scope and success criteria based on business case
  • Partner with technical teams to drive development and implementation of use cases
  • Manage and track project execution across multiple teams to ensure successful, high-quality, on-time delivery
  • Identify and understand bottlenecks in the system and effectively tackle them
  • Anticipate, recognize, and work through risks, resistance, or setbacks that impact project execution

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in implementing large transformation projects delivering strong business outcomes for clients and shareholders
  • Ambassador of change, modernizing and standardizing platforms, driving out cost, improving client satisfaction, and improving system reliability through lean process improvement, business analytics, and technology automation
  • Experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with diverse internal and external communities
  • Relentless passion, persistence, and focus on meeting commitments
  • Self-driven and highly motivated work ethic
  • Strategic agility and ability to deal with uncertainty and high levels of ambiguity
  • Advanced priority-setting skills as they relate to setting strategic direction for the group
  • Advanced negotiation skills when interacting with internal organization and 3rd parties
