This role will be part of our Client Service Delivery team, working closely with all departments to ensure a smooth transition from Sales to ongoing Account Development lifecycle for enterprise customers.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and be able to balance business needs and client expectations.
The role requires experience in managing multiple projects at once, advanced knowledge of project management tools, and a strong ability to adapt to unique challenges.
The Senior Project Manager will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across organizational boundaries, managing timelines, task level detail, and driving prioritization and delivery against commitments.
The role also involves proactively managing risk/issues impacting initiative commitments, championing sponsor/stakeholder engagement models, and owning the customer relationship.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree, Jira and Confluence experience, and a Project Management certification. They will be detail-oriented, thrive in a high-growth environment, and have a strong sense of technology platforms between client and internal development teams.
