About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Pharmacovigilance Specialist to join our team in Rahway, New Jersey, USA. This role will be responsible for Country Pharmacovigilance activities, including Intake activities, aggregate submissions, compliance monitoring, and local due diligence activities.

Job Description

As a Pharmacovigilance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safe use of our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Country Pharmacovigilance activities (as delegated/assigned by their manager)
  • Intake activities (including reconciliation and follow-up), aggregate submissions, compliance monitoring
  • Local due diligence activities, supporting audits and inspections, and related readiness activities
  • Authoring local Standard Operating Procedures, conducting local training, and archiving under supervision
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in Health, Life Science or Medical Sciences
  • A minimum of one (1) year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry with a specific focus on safety and pharmacovigilance-related activities
  • General knowledge of Adverse Events reporting requirements and relevant Pharmacovigilance regulations
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) while proficient in the local language
  • Ability to travel within the region and globally, up to 10% of the time
  • Effective interpersonal communications, organizational, time management, and presentation skills
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as a 401(k) retirement plan.
