This is a key role in the Controls Automation team at Citi, responsible for supporting all critical stages of the development and rollout of automated controls.
The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of banking/finance experience, excellent analytical and decision-making skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel.
The role requires strong people and relationship management skills, with the ability to influence others and foster a sense of collaboration. The successful candidate will be an innovative and independent thinker, able to structure, design and articulate imaginative automation solutions.
- Assist Controls Automation Leaders in the due diligence into candidate controls for automation.
- Design assigned automated control solutions, including development of Proofs of Concept designs and wireframes for implementation on identified technology platforms.
- Prepare and maintain detailed end-to-end project plans for assigned control automation deliveries.
- Draft business requirements documents (BRDs) for assigned controls and communicate with key stakeholders.
Travel Requirement: Less than 10%.
