Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for the following key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating Artwork Change Control logistics across multiple Pfizer departments to meet regulatory timelines.
  • Tracking Artwork Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned projects, including volume, timelines, and quality metrics.
  • Liaising with markets and stakeholders to gather necessary information for PARs, enabling plant production of Labeling Artwork with minimal rework.
  • Create Editor's Copy (EC) for select markets, evaluate content updates, and initiate Pfizer Artwork Requests (PARs).

The ideal candidate will have experience working with document management tools, business analytic tools, and document review software.
