Main Responsibilities

  • Providing technical support and guidance to end-users on SFDC/Tableau CRM/CPQ modules.">
  • Partnering with support teams in business operations, product owners, and engineering areas to resolve medium-to-complex issues.">
  • Identifying potential process improvements and long-term fixes, creating knowledge articles, triaging and resolving support cases within SLAs.">
  • Collaborating with Engineering, Product Owners, Business, and Solution Architects to resolve system integration or code-related fixes.">
  • Setting and communicating resolution time frames to users/stakeholders, leading and facilitating training sessions within the team/users/stakeholders.">
  • Taking part or ownership of assigned activities such as Application Support Readiness, Change Request Management, Roadmap Projects, Salesforce Critical Updates, etc.">
  • BUILDING domain expertise in all functional areas (marketing, quoting, pricing, renewals, partner, service, and sales operations) to manage SFDC system design, configuration, system testing, and deployment.">

To be successful in this role, you must have experience in Salesforce giving support or be a Salesforce admin with no prior experience. A strong understanding of salesforce functionality and ability to provide technical support and guidance to end-users is essential.
