Citi seeks a highly skilled Senior Manager to lead our operational risk management efforts. This role will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities- Assist business units in adhering to key policies and monitoring their effectiveness.
- Keep senior management informed of risk and control environment through continuous communication and reporting.
- Coordinate Business Risk Committee meetings to present and follow-up on issues, concerns, and corrective action plans.
- Update and maintain Manager's Control Assessment (MCA) in compliance with Citi Operational Risk Policy.
- Evaluate and ensure adherence to Citi Operational Risk Policy regarding operational loss approvals and reporting.
- Ensure sound control environment from an information security perspective, including relevant policy adherence.
- 10+ years experience in operational risk management, audit, compliance, or other control functions.
- Familiarity with 3rd party risk models.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in SQL, Perl, Python, Matlab, R, or Excel VBA.
- Database administrator experience is a plus.
