**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of 6 onshore analysts in supporting the production of P&L reports and variance analysis against KPIs for 12 operating units within Moody's Analytics.
- Act as the first point of review, working closely with the relationship management team to communicate key expense variance drivers and support ADHOC requests.
- Help consolidate and communicate the overall Moody's analytics expense story to cross-functional teams and the VP of Financial Planning & Analysis.
**Requirements**
- Undergraduate degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or other business discipline, or progress toward equivalent accountancy qualification.
- Graduate degree and/or relevant professional qualification a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in Financial Planning and Analysis or a finance equivalent function, with business intelligence tools and data science experience a plus.
**Competencies**
- Able to lead and develop a team of 6 analysts.
- Able to communicate effectively through clear direction to senior stakeholders in both finance and the business.
- Excellent attention to detail, able to work large amounts of data, review, and challenge cross-functional teams' outputs.
