AppOps Engineer

We are seeking a skilled AppOps Engineer to join our Identity Governance team at Imprivata. In this role, you will work closely with our Development, QE, and Customer Support teams to maintain engineering-level knowledge of our Identity Governance product.

The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing complex technical issues, identifying potential fixes and improvements, and providing customer resolution through those fixes or workarounds. They will also contribute to the product code base by engineering fixes and documenting knowledge base articles.

Key qualifications for this role include a bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, coding skills in Java, C++, Go, or another statically typed language, and the ability to learn new concepts quickly. Strong communication skills and the ability to provide after-hours support coverage on a rotation schedule are also essential.
