**Job Description**

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Financial Operations Coordinator to join our team at Equifax. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day activities of our financial operations, including billing and invoicing.

Your primary responsibilities will include updating customer profiles, creating and distributing invoices, and resolving basic disputes and discrepancies. You will work closely with our accounting team to ensure accurate and timely processing of financial transactions.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures. If you're a motivated and results-driven professional looking for a challenging opportunity, we encourage you to apply.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage the day-to-day activities of our financial operations, including billing and invoicing.
  • Update customer profiles in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Resolve basic disputes and discrepancies concerning customer profiles and billing.

**Requirements:**

  • English proficiency (B2 or C1).
  • University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an accounting environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

**Nice to Have:**

  • Oracle knowledge.
  • Salesforce or CRM experience.
  • Google Sheets expertise.
