We are seeking a highly skilled Hotel Guest Services Agent to join our team at Marriott International. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest service and ensuring that all guests have a memorable stay at Residence Inn. This includes processing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process all reservation requests, changes, and cancellations

Requirements:
• High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
