In this challenging and rewarding position, you will lead the recruitment teams in Americas (LATAM, USA, and Canada) to deliver complex recruitment programs that attract and hire top talent within allocated markets. Your expertise will be instrumental in supporting the transformation of our business via leading-edge recruitment initiatives.
Your key objectives will include:
- Inspiring and motivating the GBS Americas recruitment team to ensure commitments, performance, and standards of excellence.
- Crafting engagement channels to better partner with Human Resources Partners from various End Markets (Business Units).
- Performing root-cause analysis to determine issues and developing action plans to mitigate future occurrences.
- Tracking and determining the effectiveness of plans and making adjustments as needed.
You will be responsible for using data to influence decisions and engaging leading-edge methods to attract diverse talent. Additionally, you will continuously look at process improvement and creating efficiencies and tools to enhance the hiring experience from multiple external and internal partners.
