Job Description

This role is responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely production of product labeling related packaging components. Key responsibilities include:

  • Initiating and coordinating Artwork Change Control logistics across multiple Pfizer departments to meet regulatory timelines.
  • Tracking Artwork Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for assigned projects, including volume, timelines, and quality metrics.
  • Liaising with markets and stakeholders to gather necessary information for PARs, enabling plant production of Labeling Artwork with minimal rework.

Additional responsibilities include creating Editor's Copy (EC) for select markets, evaluating content updates, and initiating Pfizer Artwork Requests (PARs). The successful candidate will have experience with document management tools, business analytic tools, and document review software.
