The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or a related field and at least 4 years of experience in payroll processing for Costa Rica or other LATAM countries. You will also possess strong written and verbal English and Spanish skills, as well as advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, vlookup, and other formulas.
We are seeking someone with a deep understanding of personal income tax legislation and labor law, as well as familiarity with payroll software, such as Peoplesoft, Sharepoint, SAP, and T&A systems.
As a Payroll Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work closely with our Operational Excellence team to improve processes and implement better solutions. You will also have opportunities to develop your career through our Payroll Academy and other training programs.
