About the Role:
NTT DATA Services is seeking a SAFe Agile Coach to join our team in Barreal de Heredia, Costa Rica. As a SAFe Agile Coach, you will play a crucial role in coordinating up to three agile teams and ensuring all activities are aligned with the principles of the SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, or Scrumban Frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate current team state and provide recommendations for improvement
- Track progress through 15-minute stand-up meetings and ensure alignment with department, segment, and organizational strategy
- Make decisions regarding work methods and require minimal direction, while following established guidelines/procedures
- Maintain tracking for Team Ways of working improvements progress and education/cross training needs
- Coach teams on use of ADO, Scrum, Scrumban, Kanban, and SAFe Framework practices
- Provide feedback to Portfolio, Product Manager/Owner, and RTE on goals and objectives
Requirements:
- Previous experience planning and managing enterprise projects
- Working experience with IT teams in a multi-team environment
- Excellent communication skills, leadership competencies, and a high level of emotional intelligence
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment or excellent familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong Azure DevOps knowledge and Jira Align knowledge
- Technical documentation abilities and working knowledge of Agile Project Management Tools
