**Job Overview**

We are seeking an experienced Process Optimization Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our consumer credit batch projects team, you will be responsible for creating, maintaining and facilitating training for Processing Analysts. You will serve as a point of contact for documentation requirements and assist with new product/process implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain comprehensive training programs for Processing Analysts
  • Serve as a subject matter expert for documentation requirements and ensure compliance with regulatory standards
  • Assist with new product/process implementation and identify areas for process improvement
  • Mentor and train new Processing Analysts to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to excel in their roles
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our processes remain efficient and effective

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience as a Processing Analyst
  • Strong knowledge of US credit industry and regulatory standards (e.g. FCRA laws, regulations)
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
