About the Job: We are seeking a skilled Global Logistics Coordinator to join our team and play a key role in revenue management.

Your Role:

  • Analyze and prepare data for timely billing, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Compile and review billing accounts, converting them into an upload form for seamless processing.
  • Collaborate with the GSC RCC Team to develop and implement efficient reporting strategies, driving business growth.
  • Maintain open communication with account managers to resolve outstanding billing issues promptly.
  • Exercise decision-making skills in task exceptions, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Perform various billing projects and tasks as required, demonstrating adaptability and expertise.
  • We offer a hybrid work schedule from Monday to Friday, 6:00am to 3:00pm, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, with experience handling large datasets and analytical problem-solving.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external customers.
  • Proven ability to self-manage multiple priorities, pay close attention to details, and thrive under pressure.
